The Azerbaijani stand once again became a highlight of the Luxembourg International Bazaar, marking its 15th consecutive year of participation.
Supported by the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Embassy of Azerbaijan in the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Azerbaijan stand was successfully presented by the “LuxAz” Azerbaijan–Luxembourg Friendship Association at the Luxembourg International Bazaar held on November 21–23. Visitors showed great interest in the stand, which has for 15 years consistently contributed to promoting Azerbaijan’s cultural heritage, cuisine, and national traditions at this prestigious charity fair.
This year’s event hosted nearly 40,000 visitors and featured 63 stands. Luxembourg’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Xavier Bettel, visited the Azerbaijan stand and was given detailed information about the displayed products, cultural items, and the activities of the Azerbaijani diaspora.
A notable milestone of this year’s bazaar was the election of Seymur Ahmadov, head of the Azerbaijani stand, to the Board of Directors of the International Bazaar’s Organizing Committee for the first time. This development has further strengthened Azerbaijan’s representation at the organizational level compared with previous years.
The successful presentation of the Azerbaijani stand was made possible not only through the support of government institutions, but also thanks to the contributions of companies such as Silkway Cargo, Savalan, Ravira, AzGranata, Zira Naturals, and Azersun Holding.
